I got my first, and possibly only cheat meal yesterday.
It didn't turn out as fantastic as I had imagined it.
Which left me in a bitter mood.
But I have a post coming on that, now I need to go watch a movie with my kiddos.
But, I am putting it out there, that I am craving food, any food, in the worst way today. I am trying to keep occupied. This is not for the weak, because I promise you I have never wanted to eat more, bad food than in this instant.
I will not give in.

Way to stay strong!! I know I would have given in (and already have multiple times) by now. Get it girl!
So I need some guidance... I was looking through your posts and saw where you went from just thin to actually muscular with some nutrition/training insight. Can you bestow some of that on me?? I am losing weight and working out regularly but need some more help to get quicker (PLEASE!) more noticable results... so I can become a competitor in training! I want to see some muscles!!
